Our background

Plandek was co-founded in the UK in 2018 by two successful entrepreneurs, Dan Lee (founder of Globrix) and Charlie Ponsonby(founder of Simplifydigital).

Plandek started with a simple idea: why don’t engineering teams extract the rich data from their DevOps tools so they can better understand and improve the end-to-end delivery process? From this idea, Plandek was developed as a Developer Productivity Insights (DPI) platform.

Today, Plandek helps engineering teams transform productivity in the age of AI. By combining an AI-driven DPI platform, proven frameworks and Plandek’s industry expertise, we help organisations remove bottlenecks, accelerate delivery, and build high-performing AI-augmented engineering teams.

Plandek is headquartered in London, with a growing team of engineers, data scientists, and delivery experts.
